I‚Äôve been in
sales and marketing for thirty years, so real estate seemed like the next
logical step. In my opinion, the reason to work in real estate, beyond the
excitement, is simply helping others achieve their part of the American dream.
Helping clients to find that first dream home or sell an existing property to down size
or upsize simply means helping to create wealth. By the time we get to our
sixties or seventies, we hopefully are ready to relax and enjoy the fruits of
thirty years of investing in real estate. This is uniquely an American
phenomenon. There is no other county with the possible exception of Canada
where owning property, specifically your own home, is something most people
As for my own journey, I started as an investor buying and holding smaller properties.
From there I started flipping houses. (By the way, those shows on T.V. are not
realistic.) I wanted to take the next step and get my license to work the
retail end of the industry. This has been a blessing since I get to use my life
time of business skills to help others with building toward their financial
freedom. In good markets and bad, there is always a deal to be found. I hope
you will give me the honor of serving you in your journey toward real estate
One highlight of my life experience was serving in the United States Navy. Because of this, I have made helping veterans find homes using their V.A. benefits a mission of my real estate career. Helping a first time buyer get his or her first property gives me a thrill that can't quite compare to anything else. Helping those who have helped this country is very important for me personally.
I graduated from California State University with a degree in Communications. I spent the next twenty five years of my career in the Advertising and Marketing industry working with several big name organizations such as Time Warner, Key Market Communications, and Charter Media. Along the way, I've owned my own advertising firm as well as consulted with others like Media Force Group. The skills I've acquired over the years lend themselves perfectly to marketing and selling homes. I'm always looking for the perfect story to tell prospective home buyers about your property!
