About Davis
I had a passion for real estate from an early age. My parents came from Cuba in the early sixties seeking political asylum from the Castro regime. They started from scratch working in factories and any job they could find to raise money to bring family and friends to the US. My parents provided help to others by finding jobs, places to live, and providing the first month’s rent. I remember seeing many houses during their search to help others, and I was always able to recall floor plans of the houses we visited.
Eventually my parents started purchasing real estate for investment purposes and would flip houses. Flipping houses did not yield the same profits as today, but it added to my understanding of the housing market and constructions.
I attended USC where I received a degree in Finance and Economics. I started working in Corporate America in various positions continuously advancing in my career in Banking, Aerospace, Environmental Remediation, and Jet Operations. I’ve consistently been in a business role where I negotiated contracts, streamlined functions, and managed costs, while purchasing and selling real estate working with numerous agents.
My success in Corporate America allowed me the opportunity make great real estate investments and my passion is now to help others achieve their dream of purchasing a home or investing in real estate.
I have been in situations where I was pressured by agents to make decisions. I always questioned if they were looking out for my interest or their own. My passion is to help you succeed and ensure that your transactions are completed with high ethical standards and integrity.
