Welcome! James Bonorris is an experienced, well-educated, and well-informed Realtor. Before joining First Team Real Estate, James worked independently in commercial real estate development, construction, leasing and management for 18 years. In addition to receiving advanced degrees from UC Irvine and UCLA, James Bonorris has also owned 4 businesses - Jimmy’s Diner, Kidz on the Grow, and 3BajoPar (3 under par). The most recent is Wicked Pilates, a pilates and fitness studio which he owns and operates with his beautiful wife Christina. Before living in Cologne, Germany with Christina from 1999-2002, James had also spent several years living in Spain and Greece. James and Christina have 3 amazing children and 2 beautiful dogs (a Great Dane, Jasmine, and Lexci, a Labrador Retriever). They have lived in Corona, Ca since 2003.
